Dan Eden Consulting provides environmental consulting and lobbying services throughout Texas to a diverse group of clients, from chemical manufacturing and waste management companies to municipalities, small businesses and complex operations. I am uniquely qualified to assist in developing and implementing strategies to solve critical environmental and regulatory concerns in a fast, efficient and effective manner.
As a former TCEQ Deputy Director of Permits, I can provide advocacy and support to help you obtain air quality, water quality, water supply, solid and hazardous waste, or oil and gas permits. With my help, we can develop strategies to remove permit logjams and regulatory barriers that often delay the permitting process. I can assemble a team or work with your technical and legal consultants to assess needs, prepare and follow up on permit applications and manage interactions with regulators and community stakeholders. I stay current on regulatory issues and provide regular updates that are of concern to my clients both during and after the permitting process.
My regulatory experience and network of contacts allows me to function at the appropriate levels within State, federal and local government agencies and to work with stakeholders in the private and public sectors to coordinate efforts and find reasonable solutions. I have successfully served as liaison with environmental agencies and have a proven track record of working with agency staff to resolve problems in the permitting process.
